2. Add to your hosts file (by default: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts) these lines:127.0.0.1 cap.cyberlink.com
   127.0.0.1 activation.cyberlink.com
3. Install pre-done setup.
4. Don’t launch PowerDVD yet.
5. Merge the provided reg entry.

Installation Info:

* Haven’t installed it side by side with version 21, so not sure if it works with v21 installed side by side. Cleaned up v21 installation as well as leftovers before installing brand new version.
